Shipping Methods
Road Freight
EU & UKPallet and full-truck deliveries across Europe. The fastest and most cost-effective option for EU buyers, with temperature-controlled trucks available for frozen and chilled lines.
Sea Freight
LCL & FCL via RotterdamLess-than-container (LCL) and full-container (FCL) loads from the Port of Rotterdam. Ideal for large-volume confectionery and ICUMSA sugar exports, with reefer containers for frozen goods.
Air Freight
Via SchipholFast air freight from Amsterdam Schiphol for urgent or high-value orders. Priority handling and expedited customs clearance for time-critical restocking.
Incoterms
We trade on internationally recognised Incoterms 2020. Quotations are commonly offered Ex Works (EXW Amstelveen), FCA, FOB Rotterdam, or CIF / CIP to your nearest port, depending on your preference and service level.
Tell us your preferred incoterm when you request a quote and we will price accordingly, making it clear which party is responsible for freight, insurance and clearance.
Customs & Export Docs
We prepare all export documentation: commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, EUR.1 movement certificates, halal certificates and health or phytosanitary documents where required.
Important: Import duties, VAT and customs clearance fees at the destination are the buyer's responsibility. We can advise on HS codes and required documents to help you plan your import.
Secure Packaging
All orders are professionally packed in export-grade cartons, palletised on EUR or export pallets, and shrink-wrapped and strapped for container transit to prevent damage.
Ice cream, frozen and temperature-sensitive lines are shipped in reefer containers or insulated packaging to maintain the cold chain throughout the journey.
Lead Times & Updates
Once an order is confirmed and paid, in-stock lines are typically dispatched within a few business days. Transit times then depend on destination and method, as shown in our coverage section above.
